Thus, trademarks used in their country of origin are subjected to inappropriate use by other companies anywhere in the world.With the aim to comprise the protection of rights acquired by a trademark in Brazil, Vilage offers the Global Trademark Vigilance service.
Through this service, your trademark(s) will be registered and followed up in over 150 countries. The vigilance also includes international trademarks and those on European Economic Community.
It is not necessary to request and/or register a trademark in order to acquire this service and, for those who already have trademarks abroad; this vigilance complements the conflict work provided by countries, in which the application/registration already exists.
